The NXT Gen Of Heaters

Every NXT Gen panel comes with a built-in thermostat, which makes them compliant with LOT20 compliant. This gives you direct control of the new features.

With Automatic Temperature Control, you can set a chosen temperature and the panel will turn on/off to regulate it. Use the 7-Day Timer to set custom temperatures for weekdays and then the weekends.

It gets really intelligent with Adaptive Start. This allows you to set a goal temperature and time, the panel will then wake up early and work to achieving this target. The Open Window Detection feature will gauge when there is a sudden drop in temperature, due to an open window, and automatically turn the panel off.

Take Control

Once you receive and open up your new picture-perfect panel, you will find an enclosed remote control and built-in thermostat.  These additions will allow you to have full control of the innovative qualities of the heater, like you would change the channel on a television.

With a small body of 135mm x 56mm x 18mm, the remote control is easy to use. Simple to understand with 9 buttons, it also has an LCD screen to show you the date, which features are on, the temperatures and more.

Requiring just 2 x AAA batteries, you can connect it to the panel by flicking on the green rocker switch off on the back of the panel. Also, you are not restricted to just one panel – you can pair the controller to multiple units.

The LED Indicator

With so many features on the panel that can come into play, it may be difficult to see what’s happening just with a simple glance. A specialised component of the panel is that it has a little blue LED indicator in the corner to show whether it is on or not.

If the panel is radiating heat, the LED will be illuminated in blue. If it is off, there will be no light shining. Do remember that it may automatically turn itself off with Open Window Detection or Automated Temperature Control.

Using LEDs was no half-hearted decision. With energy-saving qualities, low costs to run and an increased ability to show RGBs clearly, using an LED adds to the efficiency of the radiators.
