When you purchase one of our NXTGen IR Panels, you will benefit from the remote control and built-in thermostat which will be provided with your order. This is in order to comply with LOT20 legislation which took effect back in 2018.

The 7-day timer is just one feature that will help you make a saving on your heating. It will allow you to schedule timings for your heating to turn on and off at the touch of a button.

Your remote comes with an additional 12-month warranty to ensure it is protected.

NXTGen Features

Better yet, our NXTGen panels come with even more great features to optimise your savings. This includes automated temperature control. This works by you setting your desired temperature, and the panel will turn itself on and off to maintain this.

The panel gets really smart with adaptive start. For this, you will need to set a time along with a temperature, and your heater will ensure your room is that warm for the time that you set.

Finally, there is open-window detection. This is a great feature for those forgetful periods as it will ensure the panel turns itself off should you open a window and forget to turn it off yourself. Simply speaking, the panel will detect a sudden temperature drop of 1.5°C within 3 minutes, and will turn off.

The LED Indicator

When you purchase one of our NXTGen panels, you will notice a tiny LED light in the lower right-hand corner of the surface. This will emit a bright blue light as soon as the heater is turned on. This comes in particularly handy when you’re taking advantage of the smart features which come with the heater.

The addition of this little illuminator will offer a clear indication as to whether your panel is functioning correctly or not. It proves particularly helpful with automated temperature control as this is a feature which naturally turns the panel on and off.

We opted for an LED as their lifespan can closely match up to that of our panels and better yet, they are incredibly effective and eco-friendly.

Returns and Warranty Policies

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
