The NXTGen Remote

To comply with LOT20 legislation which took effect back in 2018, we revamped our panels to include a fantastic remote and built-in thermostat. These allow you to take charge of your heating, helping to reduce your bills and help the planet.

With the remote, you can take full advantage of features such as the 7-day timer. You will have the ability to schedule on and off periods for the week and weekend, so your heating only turns on when you need it.

The remotes can also be paired with multiple heaters, giving you the ease of controlling them as a group throughout your home.

Your remote will come with a handy 12-month warranty being fully protected should any issues arise.

More Features Of NXTGen

Don’t forget about the other fantastic smart features you’ll be able to take charge of with NXTGen. With automated temperature control, your panel will regulate the temperature you set while saving you a great deal of energy.

The eco-friendliest setting is adaptive start. Working with you setting a time and then a temperature, your panel will do all of the work to ensure your room is lovely and warm for the time you set.

Finally, there is open-window detection. This a great feature for those forgetful days as this function will cause the panel to turn off should it detect a 1.5°C drop in temperature within 3 minutes – mainly caused by open windows.

Warranty & Returns

We believe in our products so much that we are able to offer a fantastic 2-year warranty on all of our heaters.

There is an additional 14-day trial period so you can feel the heat for yourself. If you find that infrared doesn’t quite work for you and your home, you will be able to return the panel back to us.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for our Image Panels.

You will also be unable to return the panel back to us if the plug has been removed, this does not void the warranty, however.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
