When you purchase one of our NXTGen panels, you will receive a remote control and an integrated thermostat with your order. This allows you to take full control over your heating with ultimate ease in order to optimise your savings.

With the remote, you can set functions such as the 7-day timer. This great addition enables you to schedule on and off periods for both the week and the weekend ensuring your heating is only switched on when truly needed.

Another handy function is automated temperature control. This primarily works by you setting a temperature, and your panel will keep your room at that level of heat by turning itself on and off repeatedly.

Your remote will come with an additional one-year warranty for your peace of mind.

With our LOT20 compliant heaters, we can guarantee that the added smart features will let you get the most bang for your buck.

In fact, with open-window detection, you will never have to worry about switching your panel off again. Naturally, if you open a window while forgetting to turn your heater off, the panel will turn itself off as soon as it detects a 1.5°C temperature drop within 3 minutes.

You will also be able to take advantage of adaptive start. This is another smart feature which will warm your room up to your desired temperature for the time that you set. All you need to do is schedule the time and then the temperature, and your panel will do the rest of the work!

Make Installation Simple

What makes our panels so great is how simple they are to install into your home. With our image panels, you have two options, one being to wall mount, or you can purchase a set of panel stands and leave your heater free-standing.

The most popular method is to wall mount which can even be done by any DIY amateur. The only steps you’ll need to take is to follow our drilling template provided, and drill four holes into the wall. You can then insert the given wall plugs and screws and slot your panel into place using the cross-hair brackets found on the back.

Returns & Warranty

Shop with complete peace of mind knowing your panel will be protected under our two-year warranty policy. This will not be void should you choose to remove the plug.

We also offer a 14-day trial policy allowing you see how infrared works in your home. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you will be able to return your panel back to us. Unfortunately, your panel will not be eligible for a refund if the plug has been removed.

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
