The NXTGen Upgrade

Back in 2018, LOT20 compliance became a crucial part of all space heaters to improve efficiency. This is why we upgraded our panels to feature an integrated thermostat and a remote control. Our NXTGen range can help you save that little by extra while giving you full control over your heating.

Coming with brand-new smart features, you can now schedule timers using the 7-day timer. You can also take advantage of automated temperature control, adaptive start and open-window detection.

The remote will also come with a 12-month warranty to ensure it remains protected.

The LED Indicator

When you purchase one of our heaters, you will notice the tiny LED indicator in the lower right-hand corner. This emits a bright blue light and is a simple indication as to whether your panel is on or off. This comes in particularly handy when you’re using automated temperature control as this is a feature that turns your panel on and off to regulate your set temperature. This helps to reduce any potential burns as you will always know when your panel is turned on.

We chose to incorporate an LED due to their high efficiency rating along with the fact that they have a lengthy lifespan closely matching that of our panels.

Install Your Panel

We have made sure every aspect of our panels is incredibly simple, from the anatomy to the installing them, you will never be confused when it comes to using our heaters. You have two options in terms of installation. You can either purchase a set of panel stands and leave your heater completely portable, or you can wall mount your heater.

To wall mount, follow our drilling template and drill four holes into the wall. You can then insert the provided wall plugs and screws and slot your panel into place using the cross-hair brackets found on the back.

You then have the option to get the perfect finish. To do this, we recommend asking a qualified electrician to hard-wire your panel into the mains.

Our Policies

We have a fantastic two-year warranty policy, which can be extended to five-years, protecting your purchase should any unlikely issues arise.

As infrared is a relatively new concept, we understand if you have any worries or concerns. This is why we have a 14-day trial policy allowing you to test how infrared works for you and your home. If you are not 100% satisfied, you will be able to return the panel back to us.

Unfortunately, if you have decided to remove the plug, the panel will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
