NXTGen Explained

Since the start of 2018, LOT20 took effect. This is a legislation affecting all space heaters in order to increase efficiency. For this reason, we decided to upgrade our already eco-friendly panels to which we founded our NXTGen range.

Our NXTGen panels all come with a remote and a built-in thermostat allowing optimum control over your heating. Using these additional details, you can control the smart features which are put in place to help you save. These include the 7-day timer, adaptive start, automated temperature control and open-window detection.

For your peace of mind, the remote will come with a 12-month warranty to ensure it is protected also.

The LED Indicator

With each NXTGen panel, you will notice a tiny blue LED in the bottom right hand corner. This has been installed to make your infrared heating experience that touch easier.

Essentially, it is there to guide you as to whether your panel is switched on or off. If the blue light is shining, it will show you that your heater is turned on. While this may seem simplistic, it is in fact, extremely helpful. It comes in particularly handy when you are using the additional smart features of NXTGen.

As these features control your panel automatically, it is incredibly useful to know whether or not it is turned on or off.

Better yet, LEDs have an extensive lifespan of up to 17-years, which closely rivals the 100,000-hour lifespan of our IR heaters!

Effortless Installation

Make your life easy with infrared! Not only are they an effective heating solution, but they are also simple to install. You have two options with our image panels: either purchasing a set of panel stands to leave it free-standing, or you can wall mount the heater.

Panel stands are great if you’re looking for a quick fix or portability. For the best finish, wall mounting is recommended, and we will provide you with everything to do this. To start, follow our drilling template and drill four holes into the wall. Then, insert the wall plugs and screws and slot your panel into place with the cross-hair brackets found on the back.

You can then ask a qualified electrician to remove the plug and cabling, and hard-wire the panel into the mains.

You will also receive a 14-day home trial period allowing you to feel the heat from infrared for yourself before committing to the purchase. Should you discover that IR is not for you, you will be able to return your panel back to us.

Unfortunately, removal of the plug will leave you ineligible for a refund. This will not alter your warranty however.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
