Controlling your heating has never been so simple thanks to our NXTGen Range. These panels all come with an integrated thermostat and remote control meaning they are all LOT20 compliant!

The thermostat and remote both have temperature sensors, allowing them to monitor your room. This proves helpful when taking advantage of the amazing smart features the panels have to offer! For example, there is automated temperature control which works by maintaining the temperature that you set. It will turn itself off and on to do this, helping you to save as it won’t be on at all times.

There is also a 7-day timer so you can schedule on and off times for the week. This means your heating will only be on at times you need.

Smart Features

The panels get really clever with open-window detection and adaptive start, however. Open-window detection will ensure you won’t be wasting electricity when you forget to turn your panel off. Should the panel detect a large, sudden drop in temperature it will automatically turn itself off.

There is also adaptive start which will guarantee your room is the temperature you want it to be, when you want it to be. All you have to do is set a time and temperature, and your panel will turn on slightly early to warm up your room.

Warranty & Returns

Your purchase will be protected with a comprehensive 2-year warranty. This is upgradable to 5 years for no additional charge.

We also offer a 14-day trial period on all of our products. This will allow you to test out the power of infrared from the comfort of your own home. Should you find that it isn’t quite for you, you can return your panel back to us at a small 15% restocking fee.

Please note that removal of the plug will leave you ineligible for a refund – this not affect the warranty, however.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
