NXTGen Remote

Included with every NXTGen IR Heater is a built-in thermostat along with one of our trusty remote controls. This ensures full compliance with LOT20 regulations which came into place back in 2018. Thanks to the remote, you will have complete control over your heating, especially as you can control multiple money-saving features.

Using the remote, you can operate a 7-day timer which allows you to schedule on and off times for both the week and the weekend. There is also automated temperature control. This enables you to set how warm you want your room to be and the panel will switch on and off to maintain it.

All remote controls come with a 12-month warranty as standard.

NXTGen Features

Don’t forget about the additional features which have been proven to help you save money. Adaptive start is one that will definitely save you a tonne. It works with you setting a temperature, and then a time, and the panel will ensure your room is that warm at that time.

Then you also have open-window detection. This is a fantastic feature that notably detects large and sudden drops in temperature. Should the panel notice a temperature drop of 1.5°C within 3 minutes, the panel will automatically turn itself off as heating a room with an open window is highly inefficient.

Offering fantastic energy-efficient features, you can completely personalise your heating experience and save money while doing so.

Easy Installation

There’s no need to worry about how to install these panels, however, as this can be done with absolute ease by essentially anyone! There are two ways to install our panels, you can either opt for wall mounting, or you can purchase a set of panel stands and leave it to rest free-standing.

To wall-mount, all you will need to do is follow our basic guide. To start, drill four holes using our provided drilling template and then insert the wall plugs and screws. From this, you are able to slot the panel into place by using the cross-hair brackets found on the back of the heater.

To neaten the aesthetics, you are free to ask a qualified electrician to directly hard-wire the cabling into the mains.

Our Policies

To keep your purchase protected, your IR panel will come with a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee. This can be extended to 5 years for free.

Not only this, but you will also have 14-days to try and test your panels. Within this trial period, you can truly see how infrared benefits you and your home. If you are not fully satisfied, you will be able to return the panel back to us.

If the plug or cabling has been removed, the item will no longer warrant a refund. This does not affect the guarantee however.

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
