NXTGen Remote Control

Our NXTGen panels all come with an integrated thermostat along with a handy remote control to make it easier to manage your heating. This ensures that our heaters fully comply with LOT20 legislation which came into effect back in 2018.

The remote itself allows you to control some of the smart features, such as the 7-day timer. From this, you are able to schedule on and off times for both the week and weekend, so the heater is only on when you need it to be.

By using radio frequency, the remote can be paired to multiple panels, allowing you to control them as a group. To learn more about this, check out our NXTGen IR Manual which has full details of all functionality.

NXTGen Features

Using the integrated thermostat, the room temperature can be easily monitored and regulated thanks to the automated temperature control. This will force the panel to turn itself on and off when need be to keep your room the right temperature.

It gets really clever with adaptive start and open-window detection however. Open window detection means that should there be a large, sudden temperature drop, from opening a window for example, the panel will switch off.

Adaptive start will take full advantage of the thermostat and remote. You’ll have to set your desired temperature for the time you want, and your room will be that warm at the time by coming on slightly early. It does this by monitoring the room prior to needing to turn on.

Installation & Maintenance

These panels are designed to be easily installed into your home. You can either wall-mount them, or leave them free-standing on a set of panel stands – mounting is the preferred method however.

To do this, all you need to do is follow our drilling template to drill four holes into the wall. Then you need to insert the provided wall plugs and screws, and slot the panel into place using the cross-hair brackets on the back of the panel. It really is as easy as that.

To take it that step further, you can hard-wire the panel to remove the messy cabling, but we recommend asking a qualified electrician to do this.

Take care of your panel by wiping it down with a dry microfiber cloth to remove any dust.

Warranty & Returns

As it is such a new technology, we will give you a 14-day trial period to feel the heat for yourself. If, for any reason you find that it isn’t for you and your home, you can return it back to us. We do not accept exchanges for Image Panels.

You are also unable to return the panel if the plug has been removed.

Removing the plug doesn’t void the warranty however, and you will be covered for 2 whole years. You can even upgrade this to 5 years for free.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
