Our aim is to make our products as energy-efficient as possible, which is why we upgraded our classic panels to the innovative NXTGen Range. These fully comply with EU LOT20 standards which came into effect in early 2018, and also have money saving features which can help you save up to 60% on your energy bills.

The NXTGen panels use smart technology, along with their integrated thermostat and remote to help you take charge of your heating.

With the help of the remote, you can even set features such as the 7-day timer, allowing you to schedule on and off times for the week and weekend.

LED Indicator

We have made our heaters incredibly easy to use, and have even added a handy guide to show you if the panel is ready and working. The little blue light will be able to guide you on this, and with an LEDs lengthy lifespan, it will be sure to keep up with the longevity of the panel.

To find the light, you must plug in the panel ensuring the red switch is on and that the green toggle is off. Turn the remote on, and hold the “mode” and “C/F” buttons together until you hear a beep. This connects your remote to the panel, and the LED light will turn on to show you it is ready to heat your home.

NXTGEN Features

Now the remote is in sync, you can try out the fancy features we have added such as automated temperature control. This allows you to set a specific temperature, and your panel will maintain that by turning itself on and off repeatedly.

Where it really gets smart however is with adaptive start. This uses integrated sensors to monitor your room three hours before it is due to come on. In turn, this causes it to calculate how early it needs to switch on to make your room your desired temperature, at the requested time.

It also has a fantastic money-saving addition known as open-window detection. Should the panel notice a large drop in temperature from opening windows for example, it will turn itself off to conserve energy.

Our Policies

Our panels come with a 25-year lifespan, but just in case anything goes wrong before then, our Image Panels come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty won’t be void should you choose to remove the cable and plug, but will unfortunately mean that you cannot return the panel. The warranty is extendable to 5 years for free.

However, if you keep the cable (which we recommend for the first month of use), you can return the panel within 14-days if you decide it isn’t for you. There is no exchange policy on our image panels either.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
