NXTGEN Remote

Each and every purchase of our NXT Gen Panels automatically come with an integrated thermostat and remote control. You will be able to manage all of the fantastic energy-saving features directly from this remote, which is also what makes our panels fully LOT20 compliant.

The remote itself simply needs two AAA batteries, and must be paired with the selected panel to give you complete control. You can even use these remotes with multiple panels as it uses RF and doesn’t need a direct line of sight.

The eco-friendly features even include a 7-day timer, allowing you to schedule on and off times for both the weekdays, and weekend.

NXTGEN Features

As the remote has an integrated temperature sensor, it allows you to implement automated temperature control. Essentially, this allows the panel to maintain a constant temperature in the room by turning itself on and off repeatedly.

This also means that you can use our favourite feature: adaptive start. How it works is by monitoring the room, working out how early it needs to come on to make your room your desired temperature, at the time you set.

Finally, it has open-window detection on top! This turns the panel off should it notice a substantial drop in temperature, mainly caused by opening a window. This money-saving feature has your back should you forget to turn it off yourself.

How To Install

Our IR panels are incredibly versatile, and can be used in two ways. You can either leave them free-standing on a set of panel stands, or you can wall-mount them.

Wall-mounting is nowhere near as scary as it sounds, in fact, we provide everything you’ll need. Simply drill the holes using the provided stencil, and insert the wall plugs and screws. All you’ll be required to do then is to hang the panel using the cross-hair brackets on the back.

You can then choose to either plug it into a 240V mains, or you can ask an electrician to hard-wire it for you.

With no moving parts, it won’t need to be serviced, so all you’ll need to do to maintain the panel is to wipe it with a dry cloth.

Warranty & Returns

All of our image panels come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty to protect your purchase should any issues arise. This also covers you should you choose to remove the plug. You can extend this to 5 years at no extra cost.

However, removing the plug leaves you unable to return the panel. This is why we recommend keeping the plug for the 14-day trial period so you can test out infrared before fully committing to the purchase.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
