Understanding NXTGen

As of January 2018, LOT20 compliance became a must in the world of space heaters. This is in order to conserve energy and tackle the climate crisis. Essentially, this means that we have revamped our panels to found the NXTGen range. Each now comes with a remote control and a built-in thermostat giving you full control over how you heat your home.

With these panels, you will benefit from features such as automated temperature control, adaptive start, open-window detection and the 7-day timer. This timer allows you to schedule on and off periods the week and weekend so your home is always warm when its most important.

Easy Installation

To install the panel onto your wall, you’ll only need to follow a few basic steps. To start, simply drill four holes using the drilling template provided, and insert the wall plugs and screws. Once this is complete you can slot the panel into place with the cross-hair brackets found on the back of the panel.

For your ease, you can also purchase a pair of panel stands and leave the heater free-standing offering full portability.

Neaten up your gorgeous panel by asking a qualified electrician to hardwire the panel into the mains within the wall.

Maintenance will be no issue either. Simply purchase a microfiber cloth and occasionally wipe your panel down to remove any dust.

Take Note Of The LED Indicator

Our NXTGen panels all have a tiny blue LED indicator in the lower right-hand corner of the panels. This is to show you how your panel is functioning and whether it is turned on or off. When the light is shining, it means the panel is on, and when you can no longer see the light, naturally this means the panel is off.

This comes in particularly handy when you would like to see if the smart features are working such as automated temperature control. This is because this feature causes the panel to turn on and off to maintain your desired temperature.

As LEDs have an extensive lifespan, they will be able to continue shining during the 25-year lifespan of the panels.

To allow you to shop with complete peace of mind, know that all of our panel heaters automatically come with a 2-year warranty. You can opt in for a 5 year warranty free of charge by filling out the extended warranty form and returning it to us within 90 days of your purchase.

We also offer a 14-day trial period giving you the freedom to shop without the commitment. If you find that infrared isn’t quite suited to your home, you will be able to return the heater back to us.

Please note that any panels with the plug removed will no longer be eligible for a refund. Removal of the plug does not alter your warranty policy, however.

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
