All About NXTGen

All of our NXTGen panels come with an integrated thermostat and a remote control to fully comply with LOT20 EU regulations. This is to ensure a higher energy-efficiency rating, so you can spend far less on your heating bills.

It has multiple settings, including smart features such as adaptive start. This handy tool will make your room your desired temperature, for when you want it to be. Essentially, all you need to do is set a time, and then whatever temperature pleases you. The thermostat will then monitor the room prior to coming on so it can calculate how early it needs to turn on to bring the space up to the desired temperature.

NXTGen Remote Control

Using the remote, you can control these features, and even set a 7-day timer. This will allow you to schedule an on and off time for both the week and weekend, so your heating is only on when you really need it to be.

The remote itself only needs two AA batteries and will need to be connected to the panel of choice by following our IR manual. It can, however, be connected to multiple panels if you want to manage them as a group as it uses radio frequency.

For your peace of mind, each remote comes with an extra 12-month warranty should any issues with the remote alone.

Quick & Simple Installation

As our panels have no moving parts, they do not need to be serviced, making installation an incredibly simple process. You can actually install it in two ways, either leaving it free-standing on a set of panel stands, or you can wall-mount it.

Wall-mounting is a quick DIY job that anyone can do, especially as we provide everything you will need.

You will need to drill four holes using the template, and then insert wall plugs and screws into each hole. Then you can then slot the panel into place using the cross-hair brackets on the back.

Then you’ll just need to maintain the panel by using a dry cloth to wipe away any dust accumulation.

Shop in confidence knowing your order comes with a 2-year warranty as standard. This is also upgradable to 5 years for free.

We even offer a 14-day trial period so you can test out the power of infrared, without any commitment to the purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, the product can be returned back to us, but it will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Removal of the 3-pin plug will leave you unable to remove your item, so please leave this on during the trial period. It will not interfere with the warranty, however.

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
