The NXTGen Remote

As of January 2018, LOT20 legislation came into effect. This was to ensure all space heaters are as energy-efficient as possible. Our IR heaters were already efficient, but we decided to give our panels a revamp, which is where we founded our NXTGen Range. This means that every heater now comes with an integrated thermostat and remote control.

With the remote, you can easily keep track of your heating and even set a 7-day timer. This will allow you to schedule on and off times for both the week ahead, so your heating is only on when you really need it to be.

To keep your remote protected, it comes with a 12-month warranty. We also have a NXTGen IR Manual so you can get a proper understanding of our panels.

Get More With NXTGen

Our NXTGen panels have a range of other smart features to lower your electricity bills. For starters, there is automated temperature control. This works by the panel turning itself on and off to maintain a desired temperature that you set.

It gets really clever with adaptive start, however. This works with you setting a time and then a temperature that you want your room to be. It will then monitor the room prior to turning on. From this, it calculates how early to switch on so your room can be your sought-after temperature for when you want it to be.

Don’t forget about open-window detection. This is a setting that will turn the panel off within an instant should it detect a large and sudden drop in warmth.

Easy Installation

Installing our heaters is incredibly simple, in fact, any DIY amateur could do it. We will provide you with everything you need, you just need to provide a drill and around 30 minutes of your time.

Of course, you can leave the panels free-standing, you just need to purchase a set of panel stands. To wall-mount, follow our drilling template and drill four holes. Then, insert the wall plugs and screws. All you need to do then is slot the panel into place by using the cross-hair brackets found on the back of the panel.

To maintain your heater, just wipe it down with a dry microfiber cloth to remove any dust – and your job is done!

Should you remove the cable and plug, the panel will no longer be eligible for a refund. This will not impact the warranty however.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
