How Does Infrared Heating Work?

Imagine you’re standing outside on a hot summer’s day. You can feel the sun’s rays hitting your skin and making you feel warm, right?

Those are the infrared waves being emitted from the sun – and our Infrared heaters work in exactly the same way, only you don’t have to worry about any UV rays from our heaters!

This is massively different from the way normal convection radiators work, which heat up the air around them and creating what is known as a convection current.

The key difference between the two then, is that convection radiators heat the air, and infrared panels heat objects.

This comes with a number of advantages, which include a lower running cost by up to 60%, and a much healthier heat due to less dust and germs being spread.

Please bear in mind though that any returns on this panel will be subject to restocking fees of up to 15%.
