NXTGen Remote Control

As of January 2018, LOT20 legislation was introduced, this was to ensure all heaters are more energy-efficient. This caused us to rethink our already environmentally-friendly heaters to found our NXTGen range. With every NXTGen panel, you will receive a handy remote control which connects to the integrated thermostat within the panel.

With the help from this remote, you can control a variety of functions including the 7-day timer. This allows you to schedule on and off times for both the week and weekend to make your life that touch easier.

This remote easily connects to the panel, or panels, should you decide to control all of your heaters from one simple remote. You will be able to find all functionality details in our NXTGen IR Manual here!

NXTGen Features

They also have a range of other features including automated temperature control. This means that once you set a temperature, the panel will turn itself on and off to maintain this level of heat.

Our favourite function however, is adaptive start. This allows you to set a temperature and a time, and the room will be that warm at that time. It works by monitoring the room and then coming on slightly early to heat up your room – this will easily cure those frosty mornings.

You will additionally have open-window detection. As the panel monitors the room, it will turn itself off should it notice a large, sudden drop in temperature usually caused by an open window. This is because warming a room with an open window is highly inefficient.

Easy To Install

These panels are so incredibly easy to install that anyone could do it. You could of course leave it free-standing on a set of panel stands if you wish. To wall-mount, however, we will provide you with everything you need.

To start, use our template to drill four holes into the wall. You must then insert the wall plugs and screws and slide the panel into place with the cross-hair brackets found on the back of the heater. It really is that simple.

You then get the option to hard-wire it to remove any messy cabling, but we do ask that you have a qualified electrician complete this. If not, just plug it into the wall using the UK mains 3-pin plug.

Returns & Warranty

We supply you with an extensive 2-year warranty with all of our IR heaters to protect your purchase. This can be extended to 5 years at no additional cost.

For all products, we even offer a 14-day trial period. This will allow you to test out your heaters within your own home. Should you find that they are not for you, you can return or exchange your panel at a small 15% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, if the plug has been removed, the panel will no longer be eligible for a refund. Please note that removal of the plug does not interfere with the warranty.

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
