One of J.M.W. Turner’s masterpieces, the Caligula’s Palace and Bridge is a spectacular painting that is replicated brilliantly on your infrared heating panel here. IR heating is amazingly efficient, and has many different advantages over other types of heating, including central heating.
This Mirrorstone panel measures 595mm by 995mm, and has a wattage of 580W, meaning it can warm an area of around 9-10m2. It is just 22mm slim, meaning it can be installed very closely against your wall.
This panel is made from high-quality FIR Coating, which can reach a surface temperature high of between 75 and 95˚C. This is around the same as a standard radiator, but these can of course be installed much higher up on the wall. This means that you are more unlikely to accidentally come into contact with it. It comes with an IP54 rating, to guard it against splashes of water – it can therefore be installed in the kitchen or bathroom, if you wish.
What is Infrared Heating Exactly?
Infrared heating is a revolutionary new way to heat you home, office, or warehouse, that uses far less energy than other methods. This makes it fantastic for the environment, and can actually save you a whopping up to 60% on your heating bills! The technique it deploys is actually warming objects in the room, rather than the air surrounding it. It uses infrared beams, which are fired around the room, bouncing off the objects. This leaves them warmed.
This makes infrared heating much better for your health than other heating methods, as they don’t cause convectional currents. These are where the air is warmed; it rises, falls, and cools again before requiring more heat. This is bad for your health, causing cold spots, mould growth, and dust circulation. Infrared heating is much better, as it heats the actual objects.
Infrared heating is also completely and utterly harmless. It uses the same technology that night-vision goggles, TV remote controls, and laser quest do – risk-free infrared! It’s the same sort of heat that the sun provides but without any dangerous UV radiation.

When you buy one of our NXT Gen IR Panels, you now get a built-in thermostat and remote control, making them 100% compliant with the Lot 20 legislation. This means you can get smart, automated heating as soon as you install your heater.
With the automatic temperature control, it’s simple to keep to a target temperature in your room. Just tell the panel what you’d like the temperature to stay at, and the panel will automatically turn on and off to regulate the level of heat. It also comes with a 7-day timer, too, meaning you can have different on/off times for both weekdays and weekends, making those lie-ins extra great.
The remote control is covered by an extensive 12-month warranty too, for peace of mind.
NXTGEN Features
This isn’t it, though – there’s more. With adaptive start, your IR panel does the maths for you in order to warm your room to the target temperature for the time you suggest. So if you want your room to be 23˚C at 7am, it will work out what time it needs to switch on before then in order to ensure your room is warm enough. No more guesswork!
And with the open window detection, your panel will switch off if it detects that the window is open, as trying to heat the room with an open window is extremely inefficient.

Amazing Appearance
This infrared panel measures just 22mm in depth, which means it can fit against the wall without it extending too far into your room. Because you can mount them much higher up on the wall than standard radiators, you can save a lot of space.
