Go bold! The 595×995 Abstract Block Paint Picture NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel 580W is an uncompromising design that can’t help but draw attention to itself. One block of black intersects with a block of bright yellow to create a striking image that’ll look very daring against a huge range of backdrops.

This panel measures 995mm by 595mm, and has a wattage of 580w. This means it can heat an area of roughly 9-10m².

For additional customisation, you can select one of our gorgeous frames from the dropdown menu before adding this panel to your cart. Choose from black, silver or white. We think the black frame merges with this design perfectly, but all three can look outstanding in the right room.

How It Works!

An IR Heater operates very differently to a radiator, so it’s helpful to understand how those work to get an understanding as to why IR heaters are so much better.

A traditional convectional heater is designed to heat up water inside it. This water gets transported throughout your home to radiators, which then emit heat energy. This energy warms up the air in the room, which then cycles through the room as it warms up, rises, cools and sinks over and over again.

This works, but it is very inefficient because you’ll inevitably end up warming the same air over and over again.

IR Heaters, by contrast, emit harmless and natural infrared radiation that is then passively absorbed by objects in the room. This cuts out the middle man, letting you experience powerful heat directly, and is much more efficient. No energy is wasted on moving water around, once your heater is plugged in it will simply emit heat whenever it needs to.

NXTGEN

IR heaters are more efficient than convection heaters as a rule, but to really take advantage of that efficiency, NXTGEN is here to help! With an integrated digital thermostat, this panel comes with a range of extra features that keeps it Lot20 compliant, and makes managing your heating a snap.

Each panel can be programmed with a 7-day timer. This allows you to set specific times for your heater to switch on based on your schedule. If your heater is in a media room, and you like it to be warm and ready when you get in from work, set your timer to 5:30 and get ready to relax. Then during the weekend, have it ready for 11:00AM, so you can have a lie-in! The choice is yours.

Your panel will also passively analyse the temperature around it, turning itself on and off as it needs to. This means you can set it and forget it, let the panel do the hard work and you’ll never have to worry about leaving it on unnecessarily.

Discrete Finish

You might think all these extra features would leave a NXTGEN Panel bulky and cumbersome, but this would be far from the truth! This panel is only 22mm deep, meaning it’s very slender especially when compared to a convection radiator- the average depth of which is usually around 70mm.

In addition, IR heaters produce no noise when they’re on. This means our panel heaters are at the forefront of discrete heating design trends, the only attention your panel will draw to itself is as a work of art!

Free Maintenance

If you’re tired of constant maintenance, or frozen pipes, or strange rumblings in the night, IR heaters might be the solution.

This is because they don’t have moving parts like a radiator, so the lifespan of each heater can reach up to thirty years with basically no maintenance required from you. You’ll never need to get a plumber in to service them, so this saves you more money in the long term!

All you need to do to look after your panel is occasionally turn it off and dust it! It really is that simple.
