By using the remote, you can optimise your home heating system by ensuring it only comes on when you really need it to. This is by using the 7-day timer feature which is perfect for scheduling on and off times for the week and the weekend.

Thanks to the integrated thermostat, you can also use automated temperature control which turns your panel on and off to maintain the temperature of the room that you set.

Your remote will come with a 12-month guarantee to protect every part of your purchase.

Smart Features Of NXTGen

The real money saving additions are adaptive start and open-window detection.

Adaptive start is a fantastic function that takes all of the guesswork out of using timers. It works with you setting your desired time and temperature, and your panel will ensure your room is that warm for that time.

Should you forget your panel is turned on, and decide to open a window to cool down, then you will be covered by open-window detection. As soon as our heaters detect a 1.5°C temperature drop within the space of three minutes, your panel will turn itself off.

Make Installation Effortless

In terms of installing your heater, you have two primary options for the image heaters. The first is from purchasing a set of panel stands and leaving your panel free-standing and 100% portable. The second, and most preferred option, is wall mounting the heater.

To do this, you will need to follow our drilling template that shows you where you will need to drill the four holes. Once complete, you can insert the wall plugs and screws that will be provided in the box, allowing you to slot your heater into place.

For a neater end result, you are more than welcome to ask a qualified electrician to hard-wire your heater into the mains.

Important Policies

We strongly believe in the quality, and integrity of our products. For that reason, we will complement every purchase with a 2- year warranty, so your panel will be protected for years to come. To extend it to 5-years, you will need to simply fill out our extendable warranty form.

Infrared is of course, relatively new to the market. To see if it is for you, you can take advantage of our 14-day trial period. Should you find it doesn’t quite work for your home, you will be able to return the panel back to us at a small 15% restocking fee.

If the plug has been removed, you will unfortunately be unable to return the panel back to us. This will not affect the warranty policy.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
