Due to new legislation, we made our IR panels fully Lot20 compliant and added in some handy features along the way.

You can now set convenient timers, controlling when the panels come on both in the week, and also on the weekend. They also come with adaptive start, which monitors the area to come on early, so your room is at the desired temperature, at your desired time.

Using smart technology and sensors, the panels come with an automated temperature control which forces them to continuously turn on and off. This is in order to maintain a steady temperature, in turn helping you save a ton on your electricity bills, as it won’t be consistently on.

FIR Coating For Maximum Efficiency & Safety

Our infrared panels come with a brand new, highly advanced premium FIR Coating to help maximise the performance of your heater. It’s heat-resistant – meaning it can withstand temperatures up to 200^oC without yellowing over time.

Not only that, but it will also help the carbon crystal heating element inside the panel distribute the IR waves better than ever before, thanks to a higher thermal efficiency, resulting in even more warmth in your home.

To top it all off, the coating is also far more secure than ever before, as it is fire resistant, ensuring your family and your home stay safe and warm.

NXTGEN Remote

To help you control all of the new fantastic features, we provide you with a remote control that comes with a 12-month warranty.

It is designed to give you direct automation straight out the box, all you’ll need to do is employ two AAA batteries. You’ll then have to pair it with the panel by using the receiver on the back.

This simply requires you to turn the red switch on, leaving the green switch off. Then, you must hold the mode and power button together for approximately 3 seconds, to which you will hear a beep.

As it uses radio frequency, you will able to manage the panel even when you’re not in the room, allowing you to take control of your home.

Sturdy Build

Thankfully, our panels are built using no moving parts, meaning you won’t have to spend extra on servicing costs. This makes them incredibly unlikely to go wrong, and if they did, all you would need to do is send it back so we can fix it, or replace it (should it be in warranty).

It is also built using aluminium, which is what the images are printed on. It then has a 240V junction box, 2 metres of flexible cable, a 3-pin plug and sturdy fixing brackets for easy installation all hidden at the back.

Due to the tight build and high-quality materials used, the panels are IP54 Rated, making them safe against splashes of water.

Warranty & Returns

When you purchase any of our image IR panels, you’ll be covered with our 14-day trial period. If, for any reason you are not entirely happy, you can return the item if you have a change of heart. Unfortunately, removing the plug will leave you unable to return the product.

Chopping off the plug however, doesn’t void the warranty, which you’ll be covered by for 2-years! This is also upgradable to 5 years at no additional cost.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
