Measuring 595mm by 1195mm, this heater has the capability of heating a space of around 11-12m², thanks to the 700w of power.

How Does Infrared Work?

You may remember Infrared Radiation from your old science lessons, but let’s take a moment to unpack how it works in our heaters!

Part of the electromagnetic spectrum, Infrared Radiation may sound like a scary term. It’s actually one of the kinds of energy sent to Earth by the sun, and it’s completely harmless. It’s not like UV rays that can cause health problems. In fact, you use IR whenever you use a TV remote or a cooker!

IR Heaters emit these rays which will move around the room. These rays are then absorbed by objects in the room, which agitates their molecules and safely warms those objects up. This is a very efficient way of heating, which leads to all sorts of benefits, as well as being more environmentally friendly.

The heat they provide feels a lot like stepping outside on a warm sunny day. It’s a very dry heat, reducing mould and dampness and eliminating stuffiness as an added side benefit. IR heat really is much better for your health!

Installing Kept Simple

If you can hang a picture on the wall, you’ll be able to install this heater with ease. Through a combination of plug and play capabilities (there is no rewiring work required to get your heater running) and the included stencil, this whole process should take no more than 30-40 minutes.

The stencil will let you figure out exactly where you need to drill to hang your panel. There’s no manual measuring or maths required.

All you have to do is drill through the holes on the stencil, and insert the wall plugs into the holes. Then you insert the screws into those wall plugs. Rest you panel into the screws using the two rear mounting brackets. Then all that’s left is to plug your panel into the mains. That’s really it!

If you’d like, you can have wire the heater directly into the mains- but we’d suggest getting a professional electrician to handle that for you!

Slimline Finish

With a depth of 22mm this panel is incredibly slender. Combine that with the fact they produce no noise and you have an incredibly discrete heater on your hands. They are almost entirely indistinguishable from pictures, which makes them look very fetching and modern.
