NXTGEN Remote Control

Every NXTGEN panel comes with an integrated thermostat and remote control which complies with the new Lot20 legislation.

You will need to employ two AAA batteries, and then pair it with the panel itself. Simply turn the green switch on the receiver off, leaving the red toggle on. You must then hold the mode and power button together for 3 seconds to allow the two to connect. This broadens your horizons to the new fantastic features of NXTGEN.

These include but are not limited to: setting timers for the week and weekend using the 7-day timer. It will also detect sudden drops in temperatures using the integrated sensors, turning the panel off if you open a window and forget to turn it off manually.

Additional NXTGEN Features

Don’t forget about the extra features that will dramatically impact your wallet, saving you up to 60% on your energy bills.

Automated temperature control for example will maintain your desired temperature. It does this by repeatedly turning itself on and off, conserving electricity as it won’t be switched on at all times.

There is also adaptive start which monitors your room before it is due to come on. It then comes on early in order to make your room your desired temperature for a set time, enabling you to turn it off as soon as possible. This completely cuts out the struggle of waking up to a cold room in the winter months.

How To Install

For the 30-day trial period, we recommend getting a feel of the heat by using the panel free-standing on a set of panel stands.

However, for aesthetic purposes, most of our customers wall-mount the panels. We will give you everything required to do this, along with the cross-hair brackets on the back of the panel. This enables you to mount it vertically or horizontally.

You can then completely remove the plug and directly hard-wire it into the spur in the wall – we would recommend asking a qualified electrician to do this however.

After this, you’ll be good to go, and the only maintenance you will need to do is giving it a quick wipe from time to time.

Warranty & Returns

With a comprehensive 2-year warranty, you’ll be covered in the unlikely event of any issues arising. You will also be covered should you choose to remove the plug. You can also upgrade this to 5 years at no additional cost.

Unfortunately, you cannot return the item if you remove the plug. This is why we recommend taking advantage of our 14-day trial period. This allows you to test out the unique heat from Infrared, and if you find it isn’t for you, you can return it with a small 15% restocking fee.

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.
