The NXTGen Remote

Your NXTGen panel will come with a remote and a built-in thermostat that allows you take full control over your heating. This ensures total compliance with LOT20 legislation.

Using the remote, you can use features such as automated temperature control and the 7-day timer. With the timer, you can schedule on and off periods for both the week and the weekend so your heating is only turned on when truly needed. Automated temperature control is a great money-saving feature that causes your panel to repeatedly turn on and off to maintain a consistent temperature.

Your remote will come with a 12-month guarantee to ensure every part of your order is protected.

Smart Features Of NXTGen

We have extra energy-saving features that you can take advantage of thanks to NXTGen. A customer favourite is adaptive start which takes the guesswork out of using timers. Essentially, all you need to do is set a time and a temperature, and your panel will ensure your room is that warm for that exact time.

Open-window detection is another cost-effective function that will have you covered should you forget to turn your panel off. Essentially, it works by turning your panel off if it detects a large and sudden temperature drop of around 1.5°C within 3 minutes.

Installing Your Panel

Installing our IR heaters can be done by any DIY amateur they’re that simple to fit. There are two mains options for our panels, you can either purchase a set of panel stands and leave the heater free-standing, or you can wall mount the panel.

To wall mount your panel, follow our drilling template and drill four holes into the wall. You can then insert the screws and wall plugs provided in the box, and you can slot the panel into place using the cross-hair brackets found on the back. As the image is vertical, this particular panel should be mounted vertically.

For a neater finish, you can ask a qualified electrician to hard-wire your panel into the mains.
