A classic piece of Japanese artwork is given the Surya Heating treatment here, resulting in the stunning 595×1195 Fine Wind Clear Morning NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel 700W. Infrared heating has loads of advantages over different heating methods, including central heating.
The infrared heater measures around 595mm by 1195mm, and uses 700 watts. This means it can heat a space that’s around 11-12m2. It measures 22mm in depth, meaning it can be fitted flush against your wall. It comes with an IP54 rating, so it’s protected against any accidental splashes of water.
The panel’s surface is manufactured using FIR Coating, which is attractive and strong. It can reach a maximum surface temperature of roughly 75-95˚C, which is slightly warmer than a standard radiator. This wouldn’t be a problem, however, as it can be installed a lot higher up your wall than other heaters can be.
IR Heating: What is It?
Infrared heating is a fantastic new way of warming your home that doesn’t depend on the antiquated practices that your normal heaters do. Rather than heating the surrounding air, infrared heaters use infrared rays to warm the surfaces located in the room. This is a great deal more efficient, using less energy, and being able to save you around 60% on your heating bills!
A normal heater causes warm-air currents, where the warm air rises to the ceiling, cools down, and falls again. This causes dust circulation, mould growth, and cold spots, all of which damage your health. IR heating doesn’t do this, and therefore infrared heaters are kinder for your overall health.
Infrared heating is completely safe, too. It sounds a little off-putting, but it’s just the same technology that a TV remote uses! The sun uses infrared rays to warm the earth, too, but an infrared heater doesn’t produce any dangerous UV radiation.

This is to ensure 100% compliance with the Lot 20 legislation that came into effect at the beginning of 2018. You can pair the remote with multiple heaters, to control them as a group.
The 7-day timer gives you control by letting you set on/off times for the weekdays and weekends.

NXTGEN Features
This means you benefit from all sorts of new features, starting with automated temperature control. You simply set your temperature and the panel will maintain the warmth by switching on and off.
Where the panel automates things for you is with adaptive start. The panel works out how early it needs to switch on in order for your room to be at your desired temperature at the time you need it. This means you don’t need to guess – it does all the hard work for you!
Open window detection automatically shuts the heater off when there is a sudden drop in temperature, as attempting to heat a room with a cold draft is highly inefficient.
Easy Installation
These panels are extremely easy to install, so have no worries. It’s a completely one-person job, with no extra help needed at all. This means no plumbers, carpenters or electricians! We provide you with a very useful template that shows you exactly where the holes need to be made in the wall. After the drilling, simply put the screws in the wall, and hang the panel up using the two rear-mounted brackets.
The heaters are completely plug and play compatible, with a UK mains 3-pin plug and a 3m power cable. The panel can also be suspended from the ceiling, or made to be portable when using an infrared heater stand.

Simply use the drill template to drill into your wall, insert the wall plugs into the holes, and then place the screws inside the wall plugs. Finally, mount the panel by lining up the brackets with the protruding screws, pushing towards the wall, and then downwards to fix into place. |
