The NXTGen Remote

Included with all of our NXTGen IR Panels is a fantastic built-in thermostat and a remote control which will transform the way you control your heating. This ensures our heaters are LOT20 compliant, reducing your energy bills further.

This handy little remote is the perfect partner for your panel. Able to set features such as the 7-day timer, you can manage when your heater turns on and off, so your heating is turned on for when you need it. There is also automated temperature control, which causes your panel to turn on and off in order to maintain a consistent temperature.

Supplied with a 12-month warranty, your remote will be covered should any problems occur.

Additional Smart Features

Our NXTGen heaters also have adaptive start and open-window sensing to help you save.

Adaptive start is a smart setting that will take any guesswork out of using the timer function. All you have to do is set a time and temperature and your panel will do all of the work. Using the built-in temperature sensor, your heater will monitor its surroundings, calculating how early it needs to turn on to heat your room up to your desired temperature for the time you set.

Open-window detection will also have your back should you forget to turn your panel off. If the heater detects a 1.5°C temperature drop within the space of 3 minutes, your panel will automatically turn off to conserve energy.

Installing Your Panel

Our panels are extremely easy to install especially as we provide you with everything you’ll need to do so. You can even leave your panel free-standing by purchasing a set of panel stands that attach to the base of the panel.

To wall mount, you will need to follow our drilling template and drill four holes into the wall. You can then insert the wall plugs and screws that will be provided in the box, and you can slot your heater into place thanks to the cross-hair brackets found on the back. Coming with a 3-pin UK plug, you can simply plug your heater in and start feeling the heat instantaneously.

Warranty & Returns

All of our heaters come with an exceptional 2-year warranty that will protect your order should any unlikely issues arise. You can upgrade this to 5 years at no extra cost.

When you shop with us, you can benefit from our 14-day home trial period. This is great as it allows you to shop with complete of mind, knowing you can return your heater if you find IR heating isn’t for you. During the trial period, please ensure that you keep the plug intact as if you do decide to return your heater with the plug removed, your panel will not be eligible for a refund.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
