The NXTGen Remote

Included with all of our NXTGen IR Panels is a fantastic built-in thermostat and a remote control which will transform the way you control your heating. This ensures our heaters are LOT20 compliant, reducing your energy bills further.

This handy little remote is the perfect partner for your panel. Able to set features such as the 7-day timer, you can manage when your heater turns on and off, so your heating is turned on for when you need it. There is also automated temperature control, which causes your panel to turn on and off in order to maintain a consistent temperature.

Supplied with a 12-month warranty, your remote will be covered should any problems occur.

Smart Features Of NXTGen

Our NXTGen panels come with additional features to help you conserve energy when heating your home.

Adaptive start, for example, which help you cut costs by cutting out the hassle of using timers. This works as you will set what temperature you want your room for the exact time you want. The panel will then calculate what time it needs to switch on to ensure your room is that warm for that time.

There is also open-window detection which will turn your panel off as soon as it detects an open window. Should you forget to turn your heater off, your panel will do it for you once it detects a 1.5°C temperature drop within 3 minutes.

Installing An Infrared Heater

There are two main options when it comes to installing your heater, with one being to wall mount the panel, and the other being to leave it free-standing on panel stands.

The most popular method is to wall mount, which will optimise your living space. We will provide you with everything needed to do so within the box.

The first step is to drill four holes into the wall using the drilling template. You can then insert the wall plugs and screws which will allow you to slot your heater into place thanks to the cross-hair brackets found on the back of the heater.

Once complete, you can plug your heater into a standard UK mains socket, or you can request a qualified electrician to hard-wire your panel.

You will also benefit from our 14-day cancellation period which will give you time to trial your infrared heater from the comfort of your home. Should you discover that infrared isn’t suited for your home, you can contact us within 14-days to arrange a refund or exchange, and then we will give you a further 14-days to send your heater back to us.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
