The combination of a gorgeous image and an efficient infrared heater is fantastic for your home, and the 595×1195 Dreamy Lake NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel 700W exemplifies this perfectly. IR heating has loads of different advantages when compared to other heating methods, including traditional central heating.
The panel measures approximately 595mm by 1195mm in size, and has a power usage of 700W. This means it can heat an area that’s around 11-12m2. It measures around 22mm in depth, meaning it can fit very closely against the wall. It comes with a fantastic IP54 rating, so it’s protected against accidental splashes of water.
The panel’s surface is manufactured using FIR Coating, which is very sturdy. It can reach a surface temperature high of roughly 75-95˚C, which is a little warmer than a normal radiator. This wouldn’t be a problem, however, as it can be fitted much higher up on your wall than other types of heater can be.
What is IR Heating?
It’s a revolutionary new way of heating your home that easily surpasses current heating methods without breaking a sweat. It works in a totally different way to typical methods, saving you lots of energy in the process. Actually, it’s so eco-friendly, it can actually save you around 60% on your heating bills. It works by scattering infrared rays around the room, which reflect off of the surfaces and objects in the room, heating them nicely.
This contrasts with how standard heaters work, which is by warming the air around them. This in turn causes convectional currents, where the warmed air rises, cools, and falls again, requiring extra heat. This is both inefficient, and bad for your overall health. These currents promote dust circulation, cold spots, and mould growth. These aggravate respiratory problems, making infrared heating better for your health.
Infrared heating is 100% safe, despite the idea of radiation sounding pretty dangerous. In fact, visible light is also on the spectrum of electromagnetic radiation. Infrared technology is used in innocent gadgets such as your TV remote, and has been completely safety-checked.

With the 7-day timer, you can pick and choose the on/off times for both weekdays and weekends. The included remote control is covered by a 12-month warranty.

NXTGEN Features
You can use the automatic temperature control to regulate the temperature of your room. For example, set the desired temperature, and the panel will automatically switch on and off in order to ensure the temperature stays at that level.
The NXT Gen panel comes with adaptive start and open window detection, too. Adaptive start means that your panel can actually work out how early to switch itself on, in order to ensure that the room reaches the desired temperature at the desired time. The open window detection helps to save energy, as if there’s a sudden drop in temperature, it switches off, as trying to heat the room in these circumstances is inefficient.
Smart Appearance
With a very slim depth of just 22mm, you don’t have to fret about this heater protruding out particularly far into your room. They can be installed much higher up on the wall than normal radiators, which saves you valuable floor space, and looks much better. They can even be customised with an image from your personal collection.
This panel features an extremely premium-looking image on it. The Dreamy Lake depicts a stunning lake at the foot of a mountain range, which reflects that and the forest perfectly. Simply use the drill template to drill into your wall, insert the wall plugs into the holes, and then place the screws inside the wall plugs. Finally, mount the panel by lining up the brackets with the protruding screws, pushing towards the wall, and then downwards to fix into place. |
