With the remote control, you can use features such as the 7-day timer, which was a handy addition that allows you to set on and off periods for the week and the weekends.

Our remote is covered under our 12-month warranty policy to give you extra peace of mind when shopping with us.

Cutting Costs With NXTGen

Thanks to the built-in thermostat, you can take advantage of our smart features.

Automated temperature control, for example, works by turning your panel on and off in order to maintain a temperature which you set.

There is also adaptive start which removes the stress of having to predict when you need your room to be warm. All you need to is set a time and a temperature and your panel will turn on slightly early to ensure your room is that warm for that time.

Finally, you will be covered even in your most forgetful periods with open-window detection. Essentially, if you forget to turn your panel off, but decide to open a window, your panel will turn itself off as soon as it detects a temperature drop of 1.5°C within 3 minutes.

Installing Our Heaters

Being such a versatile product, you can install your heater wherever you like. There are two mains options in terms of installation however, one being to wall mount the panel, and the other to purchase a set of panel stands – leaving the heater free standing.

Wall mounting is the recommended option, and it is extremely to do yourself. All you need to do is drill four holes into the wall and then you can insert the wall plugs and screws which will be provided in the box. The final step is to slot your panel into place using the cross-hair brackets found on the back of the heater.

To keep your heater looking brand-new, all you will need to do is give it the occasional wipe with a dry cloth to remove any dust.

Warranty & Returns

Our heaters are all provided with a 2-year warranty, which you can further extend to 5 by filling out a form, protecting your purchase for years to come.

Supplying a 14-day home trial period, you can also test out your heaters from the comfort of your own home. If you find that IR doesn’t quite suit you and your home, you will be able to return your panel back to us. After the first 14-days, you must notify us that you wish to return your panel, and then we will provide you with an additional 14-days to send the item back to us.

Please note that this will be subject to a small 15% restocking fee.

We can only accept returns on panels with the plug and cable intact.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
