Included with every NXT Gen IR Panel is a built-in thermostat at the back of the panel, and a remote control in the box. This is to ensure that our heaters are all Lot 20 compliant, and are as energy efficient as possible.

For added peace of mind, the remote comes with a 12 month replacement warranty.

NXTGEN Features

You get automated temperature control with this panel, which means you can set your desired temperature, and the heater will automatically switch on and off in order to keep to this temperature.

Adaptive start though is where things get clever. When activated, your panel can calculate how long it takes to bring your room up to temperature at the time you want, and switch on early to ensure your room is just right when you need it. Finally, open window technology means your panel knows when the window has been opened, and will switch off to save energy. This is because it’s inefficient to try and heat a room that’s also being cooled. How clever is that?

Easy to Install

Installation of these panels is ridiculously easy. There are no complicated instructions to follow, and no difficult work to actually enact. Forget about the plumbers and electricians of the world, as they’re simply not needed. This is a one-person job, so you won’t even have to bother trying to convince any extra help.

Simply use the stencil that’s provided in the box that shows you exactly where to drill the holes in the wall, then slip the screws in. After that, mount the panel onto the screws, using the two brackets on the rear.

The panel is completely plug-and-play compatible, thanks to the 2m long power cable and UK mains 3-pin plug. It can also be suspended from the ceiling, or made to be portable, using the infrared heater stand.

Warranty & Returns

All of our image panels are supplied with an extendable two-year warranty, so your product will be fully protected.

We also give you a 14-day home trial period, during which you can return or exchange the item. However, this is subject to a small 15% restocking fee, as the panel would of course need to be printed on.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
