If you need to improve or replace your current heating system, then infrared heating is the perfect place to start. The 595×995 Ice Caps NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel 580W is an eco-friendly heater that has loads of advantages over other heating methods, such as central heating. You get a chilly image, but a tonne of warmth.
Measuring 595mm by 995mm, this heater has a power output of 580W. This allows it to heat an area of approximately 9-10m2. It measures just 22mm in depth, which means it can be fitted very close to your wall, keeping it well out of the way. With an IP54 rating, you won’t need to worry about splashes of water affecting it.
The surface of the panel is made from a strong, attractive FIR Coating, which can reach a temperature of approximately 75-95˚C. This is about the same as a standard radiator, but with less of a chance of being accidentally burned. That’s because they can be installed higher up on the wall, negating the risk of touching it unintentionally.
What is Infrared Heating?
It’s a brand new way of heating your home that utilises modern technology and a focus on eco-friendliness for an excellent way of heating your home. It’s fantastic for the environment, and can save you lots of money. In fact, by heating the objects in your room, instead of the air around it, infrared heating can save you approximately 60% on your heating bills! It emits infrared waves, which bounce off of the objects in your room, leaving them warmed.
This means infrared heating doesn’t cause any convectional currents. This is where the warmed air rises to the ceiling, where it cools, and falls again. This means that infrared heating doesn’t cause cold spots, mould growth or dust circulation, as a standard radiator does. This makes infrared heating better for your health, too.
Infrared heating is also super-safe, having undergone rigorous testing. It’s the same technology that your TV remote uses, but on a larger scale. In fact, infrared waves are how the sun heats the earth, except infrared heaters don’t provide any UV radiation whatsoever!

Our infrared panels come with a brand new, highly advanced premium FIR Coating to help maximise the performance of your heater. It’s heat-resistant – meaning it can withstand temperatures up to 200oC without yellowing over time.

NXTGEN Remote Control
When you purchase any of our NXT Gen IR Panels, you’ll benefit from the added convenience of the integrated thermostat and remote control bundled with every heater. This is to ensure 100% compliance with the Lot 20 legislation that came into effect at the beginning of 2018. You can pair the remote with multiple heaters, to control them as a group.
The 7-day timer gives you control by letting you set on/off times for the weekdays and weekends.

NXTGEN Features
This means you benefit from all sorts of new features, starting with automated temperature control. You simply set your temperature and the panel will maintain the warmth by switching on and off.
Where the panel automates things for you is with adaptive start. The panel works out how early it needs to switch on in order for your room to be at your desired temperature at the time you need it. This means you don’t need to guess – it does all the hard work for you!
Open window detection automatically shuts the heater off when there is a sudden drop in temperature, as attempting to heat a room with a cold draft is highly inefficient.
Easy Installation
It really is a totally simple task to install your brand new infrared heating panel. In simplest terms, all you’ll have to do is just take it out of the box, and plug it in to the wall. If you’re mounting your panel on the wall, then there are just a couple of extra easy steps to adhere to.
You won’t need to ask anyone to help, as it’s just a one-person job. We provide a useful stencil, which shows you exactly where to drill the holes into the wall.
Once the screws are in the wall, you just have to hang the panel onto them, using the two rear brackets. Then, just plug it into the mains socket using the UK 3-pin plug, and the generous 2m of cable.

Warranty & Returns
We provide an extendable two-year warranty, in order to protect your purchase.
We also give you a 14-day home trial period, in case you wish to return or exchange the heater. There would be, however, a small 15% restocking fee, as the panel would of course need to be printed on.
