With the remote, for example, you can use features such as the 7-day timer which allows you to schedule timers for your heating to turn on and off. You can even benefit from automated temperature control, a fantastic function which regulates the temperature of the room. This is achieved as the panel turns itself on and off accordingly.

With a 12-month warranty, your remote will be protected should any issues arise.

Integrated Features Of NXTGen

When it comes to using our eco-friendly NXTGen heaters, you can take advantage of the smart features which will do all of the work for you.

Thanks to adaptive start, you don’t have to rely on timers warming up your room. This feature will ensure your room is as warm as you would like, for the exact time that you choose. Essentially, you will set your desired time, and your panel will wake up early in order to start heating your room for the time you choose.

There is also open-window detection which has your back should you forget to turn your panel off. This works as the thermostat will monitor the room and as soon as it detects a sudden drop of 1.5°C (namely caused by open windows), it will turn the panel off.

Effortlessly Install Your Heater

Installing an infrared heater is a simple task that doesn’t require any specialists. There are two main options when it comes to installation as you can either wall-mount the panel, or you can purchase a set of panel stands and leave your heater free-standing.

To wall-mount the panel, all you need to do is follow our drilling template and drill four holes into the wall. You then need to insert the provided wall plugs and screws which will allow you to slot your heater into place with ease.

Coming with a standard UK 3-pin plug, you can then plug your heater in and start feeling the warmth. Alternatively, you can ask a qualified electrician to hard-wire your panel into the mains.

Warranty & Returns Policy

All of our heaters automatically come with a 2-year warranty to protect your purchase. You can extend this to 5-years by filling out a form.

We also offer a 14-day cancellation period. This means that if you find that infrared doesn’t work for you and your home for any reason, you can cancel your purchase 14-days after receiving your order. You will then have a further 14-days to get your purchase back to us.

Please note that any returns must be in a resalable condition to be eligible for a refund.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
