With the LOT20 legislation coming into play, we redesigned our classic panels with NXT Gen features. This means they have a built-in thermostat, remote control and 4 new fancy features.

The first feature is the Automated Temperature Control, which will have the unit switch on and off in order to regulate a chosen temperature. With the 7-Day Timer, you can set different temperatures for weekdays and weekends at chosen times.

Adaptive Start is the most intelligent feature and will have the panel wake up early in order to heat up to a chosen temperature, for a goal time. Finally the Open Window Detection will have the unit turn off as soon as it senses a drop in temperature.

Controlling Your Heating

There are a number of ways in which you can control your heating, including with a plug-in or an external thermostat. Our NXT Gen panels come delivered with a smart remote, so you can control it from the palm of your hands with ease.

Just as you would change the channel on a television, you can take full charge of which features are in play, track the temperature rise and even save your favourite warmth with your 135mm x 56mm x 18mm controller.

In the event that you have multiple panels in one space, you are able to pair a single remote with different units to save on having numerous remotes.

The LED Indicator

On installing and switching your panel on for the first time, you will notice a little blue LED light in the bottom right-hand corner. With each component of the panel being necessary to a sleek design and having a clear purpose, this light is important.

The blue LED is there as a plain indication if your panel is on or off. When it is shining, the panel will be emitting Infrared waves and when it is off, the unit will be off – either due to your choice or if the NXT Gen settings are in play.

LEDs are used to increase the efficiency of the panel. They, themselves, have fab qualities such as a long-lifespan, having no flickering and even dissipating heat with ease to avoid damage.
