The NXTGEN of Heating

Our NXTGEN heaters are super-efficient, and conform to the Lot20 legislation. They do this with a 39% efficiency rating out of a possible 40%.

They have automated temperature control, so they will maintain your room’s temperature to one that you have chosen. You also get a 7-day timer, so you can set separate timers to suit your schedule.

Adaptive start means that your panel will switch on before the time you choose, so that the room is at the right temperature at the right time.

Plus, you get open window detection, which means that if your room drops by 1.5˚C in 3 minutes, the panel will switch off, as continuing to try and heat the room would be inefficient. Have a look at the NXTGEN manual for more information.

The NXTGEN Remote

For total control over all these different features, you can just use the amazing remote control that is supplied with every single NXTGEN heater.

It comes with an electronic thermostat, which is far more accurate than a mechanical thermostat, so you know exactly what is going on with the level of heat. You can easily adjust the temperature of the heater, and set your different timers for different days.

You can set the adaptive start for the panel, so you know you’re not wasting any power. The remote can be paired with multiple heaters, so you can heat more than one room at a time.

It’s much easier to control your heating from your seat, so no more trekking over to your boiler or thermostat for extra heat.

A Helpful Indication

Having total control over every single feature that the NXTGEN heaters have can be a little confusing sometimes, especially when you don’t have the remote control close to hand.

That’s why we’ve given you a super-helpful blue LED light built into the panel, so you know exactly what your heater is doing at any given time. If the light is illuminated, then the heater is actively heating your room efficiently.

If the light isn’t on, then it doesn’t necessarily mean your heater is switched off. It could be that your room is at the desired time, or it could mean that the heater is off. Either way, it’s not actively heating.

With a lovely slimline appearance, this is unlike any other heater. Thanks to its innovative build, it can be installed high on the wall, or even on the ceiling.

Compared to a chunky radiator, or an inefficient portable heater, this heater really is the best your money can buy.

A Few Simple Steps

Ordering your custom printed IR panel is a simple process. All you need to do is order your panel in the usual way, and then email us the image you’d like printed on it to images@suryaheating.co.uk. Make sure that you enclose your name and the order number.

Before sending us any images for print, it would be a good idea to check if the image you’re sending is of a high enough quality. You can find out more about this process by following our image quality guide, in order to ensure that your print turns out as good as possible.

Once we’ve received your image, we’ll send you a mock-up so that you can approve it. Let us know you’re happy with this and we’ll then go ahead and print up your custom infrared heating panel.

We can also create collages if you’d like multiple images on your panel, though this may result in additional charges. Any collages cannot be created until payment has been processed for the panel.

The usual turnaround time is about 5 working days after we receive approval of the mock-up, then we’ll send it out to you for next-day delivery.

Warranty Info

Our custom NXTGEN heating panels come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty, to give you peace of mind about your purchase. You can upgrade this to 5 years at no extra cost.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on this product, however, as it will have been customised for you specially.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
