The NXTGEN

Completely Lot20 compliant, our NXTGEN heaters are very efficient. They have a 39% efficiency rating out of a possible 40%. They have automated temperature control, so they will regulate your room’s temperature to one that you have selected.

You also get a 7-day timer, so you can set separate timers for both the weekdays and weekend, to suit your schedule.

Adaptive start means that your panel will switch on before the time you choose, so that the room is at the specified temperature at the specified time.

Plus, you get open window detection, which means that if your room drops by 1.5˚c in three minutes, the panel will switch off, as continuing to try and heat the room would be inefficient. Have a look at the NXTGEN manual for more information.

The NXTGEN Remote

Don’t worry about trying to get your head around these different NXTGEN features, as the remote control makes everything simple.

It comes with an electronic thermostat, which makes it a lot easier to work out exactly how much power you should supply to your home.

It’s easy to adjust the temperature of your panel, and also to set different timers for different days. You can set the adaptive start from the remote, too, so you know you’re not wasting any energy.

The remote can be paired with multiple heaters, so you can control them as a group. Finally, with the ability to turn your heating on and off without leaving your chair, you can finally join the future of technology.

However, the headline feature is the way you can get these panels customised. You can get your own photo printed onto these panels for a stunning feature that looks brilliant and heats your room fantastically.

The Magic Blue Light

What does that small blue LED light in the corner mean? That button is key to knowing exactly what your heater is doing at any given time.

With so many different NXTGEN features, it could be difficult to know what’s going on. If the light is illuminated, then you can rest assured, as the heater is warming your room efficiently.

If the light is not on, then it’s either switched off completely, or it’s maintaining your current temperature, and there’s no need to actually be actively heating.

This is another helpful feature that the NXTGEN heaters deliver that helps you keep on top of your heater, and on top of your heating bills.

Ordering Instructions

Ordering your custom image infrared panel heaters is just as easy as any other order. After deciding which panel you would like, you can order it like you would with any other product. Once done, you just have to send the image you would like printed on it, along with your name and order number to images@suryaheating.co.uk.

Or, you could potentially send us multiple images and we can create a collage for your panel. Please be aware though that this may result in extra charges. We cannot create collage proofs until payment for your panel has been processed.

Before sending us any images for print, it would be a good idea to check if the image you’re sending is of a high enough quality. You can find out more about this process by following our image quality guide, in order to ensure that your print turns out as good as possible.

We’ll then take your image and create a mock-up of what your panel will look like, and send it back to you. You’ll have to send us approval via email that you’re happy with how it looks, as we cannot start printing otherwise.

The printing process takes up to 7 days. Once it is done, we’ll send it on a next day delivery service. This is a far quicker service than anyone else provides, whilst we still provide a top-quality product.

Warranty Information

Our custom NXTGEN heating panels come with a brilliant 2-year warranty, to give you peace of mind about your purchase. You can upgrade this to 5 years for free.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on this product, however, as it will have been customised for you specifically.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
