NXTGen Remote Control

Included with every purchase of our NXTGen IR Panels is a trusty remote and built-in thermostat – ensuring all of our heaters are fully LOT20 compliant. The added benefit of our remote is that you can take charge of your heating directly out of the box, with the ability to also control multiple heaters at once.

Using the remote, you can set features such as the 7-day timer which allows you to schedule on and off periods for the week and weekend. You can also take advantage of automated temperature control – a fantastic feature that turns your heater on and off to maintain a constant level of heat.

Extra NXTGen Features

The panels get really clever when it comes to functions such as adaptive start and open-window detection, however. By using adaptive start, you will take all of the guesswork out of turning your heating on. Essentially, it calculates how much time it will take for your room to get to the target temperature for the time you set, and it will switch on early to heat your space to your desired temperature.

Open window detection is the other fantastic addition that will keep you covered should you forget to turn your panel off. The integrated thermostat will detect large and sudden temperature drops of around 1.5°C within a 3-minute time frame, and this will cause the panel to automatically turn itself off.

How To Install Your Heater

To install most forms of heaters, you have to call in the professionals. What makes our panels so great is that you can install them yourself!

The most popular installation method is to wall mount the panels. You can do this by following our handy drilling template to drill four holes into the wall. Then, insert the provided wall plugs and screws and slot the heater into place using the cross-hair brackets found on the back.

Alternatively, you can leave your panel fully portable by purchasing a set of panel stands. These are a fantastic choice when using the smaller heaters as supplementary heat.

You can, of course, neaten the overall result by recruiting a qualified electrician to hard-wire your heater into the mains.

Warranty & Returns

Our heaters are all provided with a five-year warranty, protecting your purchase for years to come.

Supplying a 30-day trial period, you can also test out your heaters from the comfort of your own home. If you find that IR doesn’t quite suit you and your home, you will be able to return your panel back to us. Please note that this will be subject to a small 15% restocking fee.

We can only accept returns on panels with the plug and cable intact.

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
