Instant Control Straight Out The Box

Included with each of our NXT Gen IR Panels is a built-in thermostat and a remote control. This ensures they are LOT20 compliant and that you have automated control straight away of their 4 new features.

With Automated Temperature Control, the unit will turn on and off to regulate a chosen temperature. You can also use the 7-Day Timer to set different on/off times for weekdays and weekends.

It gets super intelligent with Adaptive Start. The panel will figure out what time it will need to turn on, and do so early, to achieve a goal temperature for chosen time. Finally, the Open Window Detection will have the unit turn off as soon as it senses a drop in temperature.

The Remote Control

The 4 new fancy features would be difficult to control without a remote. Coming bundled with the panel is a grey 135mm x 56mm x 18mm controller that allows you to manage your heating from the palm of your hands.

Powered by just 2 AAA batteries, it is fit with an LCD display and even a temperature gauge to read the current warmth of the space to an accuracy of ±0.5°C. You also have the option of setting a favourite temperature and can even lock it, so little hands can’t get a hold of it and amend the settings!

For your convenience, you can also pair one remote to multiple panels – allowing you to have one in every room with the utmost ease!

The Little Blue Light

It is no secret that our panels have the simplest of anatomies and do not contain any unnecessary parts. On installation, you will find a little blue LED light in the bottom right-hand corner. What’s the point of it?

It has been fixed into the unit as a plain indication as to if the panel is on or off. When it is shining, the unit will be emitting heat and when you cannot see it, it will be switched off – either as you have set it to or the NXT Gen features are at work.

This simple addition avoids any confusion as to whether it is on and also tells you from a distance.
