Painted in 1642 by Rembrandt van Rijn, The Night Watch features a regal homage to the Amsterdam civic militia, which was under the command of Captain Frans Bannick Cocq at the time – who can be seen in the centre. It was widely famous for its huge size, dramatic use of light and shadow and the fact that it was painted in motion, rather than as a static portrait of the military.
The 595×595 The Night Watch NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel 350W from Mirrorstone is a beautifully traditional unit. Sized at 595mm x 595mm x 22mm, it is built from solid FIR Coating and is protected from splashes of water with an IP54 rating.
As it reaches surface temperatures between 75 – 95°C, it is best to be mounted higher up on a wall. It will emit heat over a surface area of 4 – 7m² with just 350W of power!

With the Automated Temperature Control, you set a desired temperature and the panel will turn on and off to maintain it. You also get a 7-Day Timer which will allow you to schedule different on/off times for both weekdays and weekends.
The most intelligent aspect is the Adaptive Start which means your panel will work out how long it will take to heat to a desired temperature and wake up early to achieve it! Finally, activate the Open Window Detection to have your panel switch off as soon as it detects a sudden drop in temperature.

Installing Your Panel
Infrared heating panels can be used in multiple ways. You can either install them on a wall, from the ceiling or affix a set of panel stands to the bottom.
Using the template provided, you can drill the metal screws into the wall and then hang using the cross-hair bolt insertion holes on the rear brackets.
To have it hang from the ceiling, simply opt for a Suspension Kit or to have the unit move around with you – purchase a set of Panel Stands alongside your order.
When the panel is in a chosen position, simply plug it in and you are good to go. To hardwire the unit, chop off the plug.
