Back in the beginning of 2018, LOT20 legislation took effect. This is a bill that came into place to reduce the power consumption of all space heaters. For this reason, we decided to revamp our panels to ensure that they all 100% LOT20 compliant to improve their efficiency rating.

Each and every heater now comes with an integrated thermostat along with a remote so you can manage your heating system with ease. You will also benefit from added smart features such as the 7-day timer, automated temperature control, adaptive start and open-window detection. Every feature has been designed to optimise your savings, helping to reduce your carbon footprint.

The LED Addition

Every feature of our panels has been put into place to optimise your experience. The tiny LED is no exception here. Emitting a bright blue light, the little LED is a simple indicator that shows you when your panel is switched on or off. When it’s glowing, your panel is turned on, and when the light is no longer shining, it means your panel is turned off.

This comes in particularly useful when using features such as automated temperature control. This is a function that causes your heater to turn on and off to maintain your desired temperature. With the LED indicator, you will be able to check when your panel is beaming out heat.

Traditional radiators are known to be bulky, unattractive and inconvenient. With our sleek and discreet panels, you can wall mount your heater to be out of the way. What’s more is that the panel is a heater disguised as a canvas, so you can have effective and attractive heating without a high price.

Returns & Warranty

Know your order will be protected when you shop with us thanks to our two-year warranty policy. This will protect your heater in the unlikely event that any issues arise with your order.

As infrared heating is a relatively new concept, we have decided to offer a 14-day trial period on all of our products. This means that if you discover infrared isn’t quite suitable for you and your home, you will be able to return your panel completely hassle-free.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on panels with the plug and/or cable removed.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
