Check out this amazingly attractive panel heater to redesign your space. The 995×1195 Thunder Mountain NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel 1200W from Mirrorstone is a gorgeous panel with a unique and distinct image printed onto the surface.
The Thunder Mountain is a great image, showing off a calm lake surrounded by mountains. It has a stark bolt of lighting streaking through the centre adding a lovely orange glow to the panel.
This image panel is our largest sized heater, measuring 995 x 1195mm and has the ability to warm up a room measuring 19-20m². With a slimline depth of just 22mm, the panel will fit snug to the wall without protruding as a typical radiator does. Your heater also comes with an additional layer of protection thanks to its IP54 rating.

Infrared Heating Explained
Infrared heating is a fantastic alternative to old-fashioned and traditional home heating methods. It uses far-infrared radiation which is a perfectly safe type of radiation found on the electromagnetic spectrum.
Essentially, it is the same type of heat you feel from the sun, only without the harmful UV rays. Our panels will also warm up your room in the same way the sun does too. This is by heating objects directly, rather than heating up the air. This proves to be highly efficient, saving up to 60% on your heating bills.
Using 100% of the heat they produce, they will effectively warm up your rooms for less, without the typical heat loss you get with convection heaters. By creating a thermal mass using the objects rather than the air, you will not experience any heat loss from draughts or even by open doors for example.

Our infrared panels come with a brand new, highly advanced premium FIR Coating to help maximise the performance of your heater. It’s heat-resistant – meaning it can withstand temperatures up to 200oC without yellowing over time.

NXTGen Remote Control
When you upgrade your heating to our NXTGen panels, you will also receive a handy remote control allowing you to manage your heating with ease. Our panels fully comply with LOT20 legislation which further aid to ensure you reduce your power consumption.
With the remote, you can control features such as the 7-day timer. Allowing you to set alternate on and off times for the week and the weekends, you can make sure your heating is only when needed.
There is also automated temperature control, a great feature which will maintain the temperature you set using the remote. It will cause the panel to turn itself on and off to help you save.
The remote is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee.
Other Features Of NXTGen
Where the panel gets really clever is with adaptive start and open-window detection. Using the integrated thermostat, open-window detection does exactly what it says. It will detect any open windows, turning your panel off to conserve energy. Should the panel notice a 1.5°C temperature drop within 3 minutes, it will automatically switch off.
The final addition is adaptive start. With this feature, your room will be brought up to your desired temperature for the time that you set. It does this by switching on slightly early, saving valuable time and energy.

Easy Installation
There’s no need to worry about how to install these panels as this can be done with absolute ease! There are two ways to install our panels. You can either opt for wall mounting, or you can purchase a set of panel stands and leave it to rest free-standing.
To wall-mount, follow our basic guide. To start, drill four holes using our provided drilling template and then insert the wall plugs and screws. From this, you are able to slot the panel into place by using the cross-hair brackets found on the back of the heater.
For a better finish, we recommend asking a qualified electrician to directly hard-wire the cable into the mains.

Simply use the drill template to drill into your wall, insert the wall plugs into the holes, and then place the screws inside the wall plugs. Finally, mount the panel by lining up the brackets with the protruding screws, pushing towards the wall, and then downwards to fix into place. |
