The NXTGen Remote

When you purchase one of our image panels, you will receive a revamped NXTGen heater. They come with the added convenience of a remote along with a built-in thermostat to ensure your heating is only on when truly needed. This ensures our panels are fully LOT20 compliant which is an EU legislation that took effect back in 2018.

With the remote, you can schedule smart features such as the 7-day timer. This allows you to schedule on and off periods for when you need your heating on and for when you need it off.

The remote will come with an additional 12-month warranty to ensure every part of your order is covered by us.

NXTGen Smart Features

Using the built-in thermostat, the panel can monitor the room with ease. This is exactly what automated temperature control does. Essentially, all you need to do is set a temperature you want your room to be, and the panel will take charge to maintain that temperature.

Adaptive start is what helps you save though. This works with you setting a temperature and a time, and your panel will make your room that warm at that time.

There is also open-window detection which works by the panel turning itself off as soon as it detects a large drop in temperature. This is usually caused by an open window, and the panel knows when to switch off.

Installation Made Simple

The beauty of our panels is how incredibly simple they are to install. If you want complete portability, we recommend purchasing a pair of our panel stands. Alternatively, you can wall mount your panel with ease by following our drilling template.

To start, you will need to drill four holes in the place of your choice and then insert the wall plugs and screws. You can then slot your panel into place with the help from the cross-hair brackets found on the back and voila, your job is done!

Our panels are fully plug-and-play compatible, or you can ask a qualified electrician to hard-wire your heater.

Our Policies

Shop with complete peace of mind knowing your panel will be protected for two-years following your purchase, and can be for up to 5 years when you fill out a form, thanks to our warranty policy. We also offer a 14-day home trial period which allows you to see how infrared works in your home.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you will be able to return it back to us at a rather small 15% restocking fee.

Please note: panels with the plug removed will not be eligible for a refund.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
