When LOT20 legislation took effect, we decided to revamp our panels to ensure that they are highly compliant. With our NXTGen range, each and every panel comes with an integrated thermostat and a remote control allowing you to manage your heating with ease.

With these two additions, you can set features such as the 7-day timer. This allows you to schedule on and off periods for both the week and the weekend. The built-in thermostat also allows automated temperature control to function. This essentially works by turning the panel on and off to maintain the temperature of the room that you set.

Each remote comes with a 12-month guarantee for your satisfaction.

NXTGen Features

When it comes to using our NXTGen panels, you will find two features in particular extremely useful.

Our favourite is adaptive start. To use this feature, you will need to set a time along with a temperature, and your room will be that warm for that exact time. This is a great way to cut out those frosty winter mornings so you can jump straight out of bed!

Not forgetting open-window detection. This is a rather smart function using the built-in thermostat to detect sudden temperature drops of 1.5°C within 3 minutes. Usually, this is due to opening a window forgetting the heater is on. What happens next is that the heater will turn itself off to conserve your energy.

Make Installation Easy

Old-fashioned heating systems are known to be a hassle to install, requiring professionals and a lot of money. With infrared, you can install them yourself in less than 30 minutes. You could even opt for the easier solution which involves our panel stands. These will leave your panel free-standing allowing complete portability.

Alternatively, the most popular installation method is wall-mounting. All that you need to do is drill four holes into the wall following our drilling template. Then, you will be able to employ the provided wall plugs and screws and slot your panel into place using the cross-hair brackets found on the back of the panel.

You then have the option to remove the cabling and have the panel hard-wired. We do recommend asking a qualified electrician to do this.

Our Policies

Every heater comes with a two-year guarantee, which you can extend to five-years, to ensure your purchase remains protected by us.

We also offer a 14-day returns policy allowing you to try and test infrared in your home before committing to the purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied, you will be able to return it back to us completely hassle-free.

Should you remove the plug during this trial period, you will no longer be able to return your panel. Doing this does not change your warranty, however.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
