Due to LOT20 legislation which took effect back in 2018, we revamped and upgraded our existing heaters to which we founded our NXTGen range. Now, every panel automatically comes with a remote along with a built-in thermostat which enables you to take full control of your heating system.

These additions also allow you to control the brand-new smart features including:

• Adaptive start;
• Automated temperature control,
• Open-window detection.

Each feature has been put in place to optimise your savings and to also help you reduce your power consumption.

The remote provided also comes with a 12-guarantee ensuring every part of your order is protected.

What’s That LED Light?

When you purchase one of our NXTGen heaters, you will notice a tiny blue light beaming out of the bottom right-hand corner of the panel. This is a small LED indicator which has been put into place as a simple guide telling you whether your panel is either on or off. This comes in handy to help reassure you that your heater is fully functioning also.

It is particularly handy when you are taking advantage of the smart features such as automated temperature control. This is because this works by turning the panel on and off to maintain a certain temperature. Thankfully, the LED indicator will completely cut out this confusion.

Make Installation Easy

With infrared, installation doesn’t have to be a hassle. For ultimate ease, opt for our panel stands which offer you complete portability with your heater.

Alternatively, you can wall mount the panels which tends to be the preference. To do this, follow our drilling template and drill four holes into the wall. Then, insert the wall plugs and screws and slot the panel into place using the cross-hair brackets found on the back.

Being completely plug-and-plug compatible, you can simple plug the heater into any standard 3-pin socket. For a sleeker finish, we recommend asking a qualified electrician to hard-wire your panel directly into the mains which will remove the messy cabling.

Our Policies

Our panels come with a 25-year lifespan, but just in case anything goes wrong before then, we provide an extendable two-year warranty. This warranty won’t be void should you choose to remove the cable and plug, but will unfortunately mean that you cannot return the panel for a refund.

However, if you keep the cable, you can return the panel within 14-days if you decide it isn’t for you.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
