NXTGen Remote Control

Included with each and every NXTGen panel is an innovative built-in thermostat and a remote control. Each has a nifty little temperature sensor allowing them to remain aware of their surroundings and to help control the amazing smart features. This makes our panels fully LOT20 compliant!

One the features includes the 7-day timer. This controls when the panel turns both on and off throughout the week and weekend so your heating is only on when needed.

The sensors can also detect sudden drops in temperature – namely by opening a window, causing the panel to turn off. For example, if there is a 1.5°C temperature drop within 3 minutes, the panel will shut down to conserve energy.

NXTGen Features

Our heaters have been designed to reduce your power consumption and to also help the environment. This is especially true with adaptive start and automated temperature control.

Adaptive start essentially works with you setting a time and then a temperature, and your panel will bring your room up to this temperature for the time you set. This great function will cut out those frosty mornings, making your room lovely and warm for the exact time you set.

Automated temperature control is another money-saving setting. It works by turning the panel on and off repeatedly in order to reduce your energy usage all while maintaining your desired temperature.

The Installation Process

Being the future of heating, we have ensured that these panels are incredibly simple to install into your home. There are two options in terms of installation, you can either leave them free-standing on a set of panel stands, or you can mount them onto the wall.

Wall mounting the panels takes slightly more time, but is still simple nevertheless. All you need to do is follow our drilling template and drill four holes into the wall. Then, insert the wall plugs and screws and slot the panel into place using the cross-hair brackets on the back of the panel.

You then have the choice to plug the panel into the 230V mains or you can ask a qualified electrician to hard-wire the panel into the mains.

Warranty & Returns

Shop with complete peace of mind knowing we offer a fantastic 2-year warranty on all of our heaters. This can be upgraded to 5 years free of charge.

There is an additional 14-day trial period giving you the opportunity to see how infrared complements your home. If you find that it isn’t quite for you, you will be able to return the panel back to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on the image prints, nor can be accept a refund if you plug has been removed. This will not interfere with your warranty policy.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
