The NXTGen Remote

In order to comply with LOT20 legislation, we upgraded our already energy-saving panels to which we founded our NXTGen range. Each and every heater now comes with a remote control and an integrated thermostat so you have full automation straight out of the box.

The remote allows you to take control over the smart features you now get with our panels. This includes the fantastic 7-day timer which allows you to customise when your heating turns on and off over the course of the week.

To save further, you can use automated temperature control which will turn your panel on and off to maintain your desired temperature, reducing your bills further.

Be rest assured knowing your remote comes with a 12-month warranty.

NXTGen Features

The smartest features available, however, are adaptive start and open-window detection. Adaptive start essentially works with you setting your desired temperature along with a time, and your panel will ensure your room is at that temperature at that time. This is an easy, cost-effective way to ensure that you will no longer suffer from getting out of bed during those frosty mornings.

Open-window detection is a nifty feature that will cause your panel to constantly monitor your room. Should the built-in thermostat detect a sudden temperature drop of 1.5°C or more within a 3 minute time period (namely caused by opening a window), your panel will turn off in an instant in order to conserve energy.

Effortless Installation

Installing our heaters will be an effortless task that will take up no more than 30 minutes of your time. You won’t need to ask any specialists to come and fit them for you because they really are that easy to install.

Simply from our drilling template and drill four holes into the wall. Then, insert the provided wall plugs and screws and slot the panel into place using the cross-hair brackets found on the back.

Alternatively, you could purchase a set of panel stands and leave your heater free-standing.

Should you choose to neaten up the aesthetics, we recommend asking a qualified electrician to hard-wire the panel directly into the 230V mains.

Make the most of your purchase by taking advantage of our 14-day trial period. Within this time, you can see how infrared works for you and your home. If you find that you are not satisfied, you will be able to return the panel to us at a small 15% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund panels which have had the plug removed so ensure that this is intact for this period.

We strongly believe in our panels which is why we are able to offer a 2-year warranty policy for your peace of mind. Removal of the plug does not affect your warranty either. The warranty is upgradable to 5 years free of charge.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
