All About NXTGen

When LOT20 legislation came into place back in 2018, we made the decision to revamp our already efficient panels. From this, we founded our NXTGen panels. These come with an integrated thermostat and a remote control, allowing you to easily manage your heating.

Using the remote, you will be able to control the additional smart features, such as; automated temperature control, 7-day timer, adaptive start and open-window detection. These are all energy-saving solutions which help the planet, as well as help to bulk your wallet back up.

Don’t forget that your remote will be protected with a handy 12-month warranty.

Installing Your Heaters

Infrared is the simple solution to any other heating method, and that’s because of how easy it is to install. You can, of course, leave it free-standing by purchasing a set of panel stands, but most opt to wall-mount their heaters.

To start, use the provided drilling template and drill four holes wherever you please. Then, insert the wall plugs and screws, and use these to slot your panel into place using the cross-hair brackets on the back of the panel.

You then have the options to hard-wire the panel, which will make it look that touch neater. Please ask a qualified electrician to do this. Otherwise, you can just plug it into a 240V mains socket.

Sleek Aesthetics

This picturesque panel will not only warm your home, but it will also add something extra to your décor. It measures just 22mm in depth meaning it will discreetly fit against your wall, and will not protrude.

This particular panel features a portrait by the famous Japanese painter Katsushika Hokusai. It depicts groups of people, all going about their daily life beneath the proud cherry blossom trees. It even features Mt. Fuji in the distant background.

Add the finishing touches to your panel by choosing a sleek frame in a colour option of your choice. The options are: white, silver or black.

Warranty & Returns

Have total peace of mind when shopping with us, and bear in mind that all of our IR panels come with a 2-year warranty. This is extendable to 5 years free of charge.

We offer a 14-day trial period on all of our products, so you can feel the heat from infrared for yourself. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you will be able to return your panel back to us at a small restocking fee.

Please note that should the plug be removed within the trial period; you will no longer be eligible for a refund. That is why we advise that you simply plug the panel into a standard 240V mains socket, until you are definite about your heater.

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
