What makes our IR heaters truly stand out from the crowd is their NXTGen features. This makes our panels fully LOT20 compliant, an EU regulation brought in at the start of 2018. In order to comply, we upgraded our already fantastic panels to feature a built-in thermostat along with a handy remote control. Luckily for you, this revamp will make the heaters much more effective in helping you to save.

This remote allows you to control the amazing features all the way from a 7-day timer to adaptive start.

One of our favourite money-saving feature, however, is automated temperature control. This will maintain a steady temperature according to what you set, and will then turn itself on and off – sustaining the desired temperature.

NXTGen Remote

The remote itself comes with a range of settings that you can play around with. This includes the convenient 7-day timer allowing you to schedule on and off periods for the week and weekend.

One of the smartest features is the adaptive start. This will cause your heater to work out how long it’ll take to warm your room up to the temperature you set. From this, it turns itself on slightly early to make your room toasty for the desired time.

Don’t forget about open-window detection which causes the panel to turn itself off should it notice a large drop in temperature within 3 minutes. This is in place as it is highly inefficient to heat a room with an open window.

Stress-Free Installation

Another advantage to using infrared panels is how easy they are to install in your home. You have total freedom from using them free-standing on a pair of panel stands, or you can wall-mount them.

Should you choose to wall-mount them, you need to follow a few simple steps. You firstly need to drill four holes into the wall following the template provided, and then insert wall plugs and screws. Once this is complete, you can hang the heater using the cross-hair brackets found on the back of the panel. Easy!

You then have the option of removing the cabling, or you can pop the plug into a standard 240V mains. Please ask a qualified electrician to hard-wire this panel however.

Warranty & Returns

To protect your purchase, each and every image panel comes with a 2-year warranty. This has you covered in the unlikely event of any issues arising. This warranty will be valid should you choose to remove the plug. The warranty can also be extended to 5 years at no additional cost.

Being such a new technology, we have additionally provided you with a 14-day trial period. Should you find it is not quite for you and your home, you can return or exchange your IR heater. Unfortunately, this will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please note that removing the plug within this trial period will leave you unable to send your panel back.

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.
