NXTGen Features

As of January 2018, all heaters had to comply with Lot 20 legislation. This is to ensure that all inefficient technologies are removed from the market, and to reduce the amount of energy we use to heat our home.

In order to match these standards, we have revamped our already innovative heaters to include a range of smart features. From this, we created our NXTGen range which all come with an integrated thermostat and a remote control.

With the handy remote, you can control all of the energy-saving features from adaptive start, to open-window detection. Learn more about the full functionality of these features by checking out our NXTGen manual.

NXTGen Remote

You will also be able to set seven-day timers which enables you to schedule on and off periods for both the week and weekends. Not only this, but it also has automated temperature control. This will maintain a steady temperature with the panel turning itself and off to keep the room at the temperature you set.

With these remotes, you can connect them to multiple heaters and control them via the individual zones, or you can leave it set up to just one panel. They are extremely easy to use, with a clear, bright LCD display. We have remote guides on our Surya Heating website which will explain all of the buttons and controls should you require the assistance.

For your peace of mind, it even comes with a 12-month warranty.

Easy Installation

Make your life that little bit easier with our IR panels. The installation process is incredibly simple, in fact, all you’ll have to do is follow our guide!

We will provide you with a template that will show you where to drill the four holes, all you’ll have to do after that is fit the wall plugs and screws. Once this is complete, all that’s left is to mount the panel onto the wall using the brackets found on the back of the heater.

You can then choose to hard-wire your panel directly into the wall, or you can use it completely plug and play. The choice is yours, but we do recommend asking a qualified electrician to hard-wire the panel.

Our Policies

We have trust in our high-quality products, which is why our image panels all come with a fantastic 2-year warranty. You can extend this to 5 years at no extra cost.

We also offer a 14-day trial period so you can test out your IR heaters from the comfort of your own home. Should you not be fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your heaters at a small 15% restocking fee.

If the plug has been removed, the panel will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. This will not impact our warranty promise however.

Thinking Of Choosing Klarna

To make paying for your heaters easy, we’ve partnered with Klarna whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete your payment application quickly and entirely online.

Once you’re happy with the items in your basket and you reach the checkout page, you have two options:

• Buy Now Pay Later in 30 Days
• Pay in 3 Instalments

Pay in 30 Days

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.

This also comes without any underlying credit agreements or APRs.

To be eligible for Klarna payments, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over. Klarna may perform a soft check which will not affect your credit score.
