With the NXTGen upgrade, you will also receive a remote control and an integrated thermostat which will allow you to control your heater with the utmost ease. This also ensures that our panels are LOT20 compliant helping you to make huge savings on your energy bills.

When you’re using the remote, you can control features such as the 7-day timer. This allows you to schedule on and off periods for both the week and the weekend so your heater is only turned on when you truly need your space heated.

Each remote also comes with a 12-month manufacturers guarantee to protect your purchase should any unlikely issues arise.

Smart Features Of NXTGen

We have extra energy-saving features that you can take advantage of thanks to NXTGen. A customer favourite is adaptive start which takes the guesswork out of using timers. Essentially, all you need to do is set a time and a temperature, and your panel will ensure your room is that warm for that exact time.

Open-window detection is another cost-effective function that will have you covered should you forget to turn your panel off. Essentially, it works by turning your panel off if it detects a large and sudden temperature drop of around 1.5°C within 3 minutes.

Understanding Your IR Panel

When you receive your panel, you will notice the small LED indicator in the lower right-hand corner of the panel. This emits a blue light when the heater is turned on, acting as a simple guide to tell you your panel is switched off. As soon as the heater is turned off, the light also switches off.

This seemingly small addition makes all the difference though as it will help you to avoid any confusion.

It becomes particularly useful when you’re using features such as automated temperature control which works on the basis of turning your panel on and off in order to maintain your set temperature.

For any orders up to £800, you can opt for our Buy Now Pay Later option. This simply defers your payment for up to 30 days from the date of dispatch, with no APRs or late fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments

For any orders between £35 and £1000, your second option is to pay in 3 equal instalments. This splits your payment into 3 simple steps, with the first payment on day 1 when you place your order, the second payment on day 30, and the final payment on day 60.
