If you’d like to combine some gorgeous aesthetics and a powerful heater for your home, then an infrared heater is the best way to do it. The 595×1195 Rolling Cloud NXT Gen Infrared Heating Panel 700W looks amazing, is smart, efficient, and can save you a fortune on your heating bills.
It measures roughly 595mm by 1195mm, with 700W of power. This can warm an area of around 11-12m2. It measures just a slender 22mm in depth, which keeps it fitted extremely closely against the wall. It is supplied with an IP54 rating, to protect it against any accidental splashes of water that you might get in the kitchen or bathroom, for example.
The panel is manufactured using tough yet attractive FIR Coating materials, which can reach a maximum surface temperature of around 75-95˚C. This is similar as a traditional radiator, but of course, these IR heaters can be installed higher up on the wall. This means that they are unlikely to be accidentally touched.
What is Infrared Heating?
Infrared heating is an incredibly-efficient way of heating your home when compared to normal radiators, as it generates its heat in a very different way. Infrared heating can actually save you up to 60% on your heating bills!
The infrared rays that it generates bounce off the various objects, leaving them heated. This is far more efficient than a traditional radiator, as they just heat the air surrounding the heater. As the surface area of the items in a room is a lot less than the volume of air in the room, it requires less energy.
A conventional heater also causes convectional currents. The warm air rises, cools, and falls again, which leads to dust circulation, mould growth, and cold spots. This is how infrared heating is much better for your health.
Infrared heating is perfectly safe, as it uses the same sort of technology as your TV remote control does. The heat it provides is the same as the sun’s, too, albeit without any harmful UV radiation.

NXTGEN Features
With the automatic temperature control, it’s simple to keep to your target temperature. Just tell the panel what you’d like the temperature to stay at, and the panel will automatically turn on and off to regulate the level of heat.
With adaptive start, your panel does the maths for you in order to warm your room to the target temperature for the time you suggest. So if you want your room to be 23˚C at 7am, it will work out what time it needs to switch on before then in order to ensure your room is warm enough.
With the open window detection, your panel will switch off if it detects that the window is open, as trying to heat the room with an open window is extremely inefficient.
Top Build
With Mirrorstone’s premium-quality build, you have no need to worry. The lovely matt surface is easy to clean with a wipe of a damp cloth, and that’s all the maintenance they’ll ever require. There are no moving parts when it comes to an infrared panel, so there’s no servicing or upkeep needed whatsoever. The surface is made from sturdy FIR Coating too, so you’re all set.
On the rear of the panel is a normal 240v junction box, with a healthy 2 metres of heavy-duty flex and a standard UK mains 3-pin plug.

Simply use the drill template to drill into your wall, insert the wall plugs into the holes, and then place the screws inside the wall plugs. Finally, mount the panel by lining up the brackets with the protruding screws, pushing towards the wall, and then downwards to fix into place. |
