However, if you’re looking to heat a small home office area, you may only need a 595 x 595mm or a 595 x 995mm heating panel as they produce 350W and 580W respectively.

Aftercare & Warranty Policies

When you purchase one of our Infrared heating products, you’ll have 14 days from the date you place your order during which to return it in exchange for a replacement or a refund.

Please bear in mind, however, that we order in these Image IR Panels, so we’ll have no option other than to charge a 15% restocking fee if you do decide it’s not quite right for you.

We’re so confident in the quality of all our infrared products that they all come with a 2-year Mirrorstone replacement warranty as standard. This can be upgraded to 5 years at no extra cost.
